What is Connect?
Everything Erphele does around the model - memory, tasks, routines, sites, sync - running on your own OpenAI API key instead of ours. You pay OpenAI directly for what the model costs, which is why Connect is $5 rather than $12.
I already pay for ChatGPT. Can I use that?
Signing in with a ChatGPT subscription is rolling out gradually, so the button appears once your account is included. An OpenAI API key works on Connect today, and a ChatGPT Plus subscription is not the same thing as API access.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Yes. Pausing stops the billing and keeps your subscription, your data and your settings exactly where they are. Resume from the customer portal whenever you want and you are back on the same plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes - manage or cancel from the customer portal whenever you like. You keep access until the period ends.
How is billing handled?
Securely through Polar, our merchant of record. We never see your card details.
