Questions

Can I switch plans?: You can schedule a change anytime. Upgrades and downgrades start at your next renewal; higher limits activate after payment succeeds. There is no mid-period charge or usage reset.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?: Yes. Pausing stops billing and preserves your subscription. Free-plan limits apply while paused; excess saved data gets 30 days before deletion. Resume from the customer portal whenever you want and you are back on the same plan.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Manage or cancel from the customer portal whenever you like. You keep access until the period ends.
What happens if I reach a limit?: Your usage is always in Settings. Most Basic limits refresh daily and a few monthly, paid plans refresh monthly, and plan changes start at renewal. Data above your new saved-item or storage limits gets 30 days to export, delete, or choose what to keep. After the deadline, unselected excess items are deleted oldest first; data within the allowance stays.
How is billing handled?: Securely through Polar, our merchant of record. We never see your card details.
